Who we are

freezhemww.com is operated by Freez 'hem Worldwide LLC, Champaign, Illinois, USA. The Freezhem Africa Foundation is a separate nonprofit headquartered in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo. Foundation programs (the Good Samaritan, the Healing of the Pool of Bethesda, Frzm 4 Wmn, and the Yebela app) collect data under the Foundation's responsibility.

What we collect

Contact details you give us in a form: name, phone, email, message, and any file you attach. Forms are delivered to us by email and are not stored on the website.
Frzm 4 Wmn stories, which may be anonymous. We never publish a story without your permission.
Shop orders: name, shipping address, and payment, handled by PayPal. We never see or store card numbers.
Yebela submissions: photos, video, location, and time, with explicit consent, encrypted end to end.
Website analytics through Google Analytics, which uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are read. We do not use advertising cookies. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Why

To answer your request and provide the service you asked for.
To build and preserve legal evidence in the Yebela case registry, released only to verified requesters.
To send Freezhem news, only if you asked for it.
To meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete your data, limit how we use it, receive a copy, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to headmanager@freezhemww.com. We answer within 30 days.

Security

Encrypted connections, restricted access to medical and story data, daily backups, and two-step login on our accounts.
