Financial assistance for anyone worldwide facing a surgery or medical intervention their family cannot afford alone. This program serves accident victims requiring follow-up surgeries, as well as any patient needing a personalized fundraising campaign. An orthopedic team assesses each case.

A Good Samaritan photographs or films the scene: the driver's face, the license plate, the victim, with location and time attached automatically.
Media are encrypted and sent to Freezhem servers, even in offline mode, synchronized as soon as the connection returns.
Several witnesses, one case. Headquarters cleans the data and creates one digital file per accident with its geolocation.
The family, an insurer, or the police request the file. It is released only once their claim is verified.
You are anonymous by default, your identity is protected, and helping collect evidence creates no legal obligation for you. Yebela does not alert emergency rooms or transport victims. Those are done outside the app.
Every campaign is verified by the Foundation, with funds disbursed directly to the hospital. To protect patient privacy, each campaign displays a secure case code instead of an actual name, alongside a clear description of the medical condition and fundraising goal. Donors can contribute directly to a specific patient's case code or give to our general fund, distributed evenly across all current campaigns.
Cases are registered here on the website, reviewed first by the Foundation team, then by our orthopedic and medical experts, and only then listed for support.

Tell Me When Campaigns OpenFor accident victims who need a second, third, or fourth surgery, and for any special patient whose family cannot afford the care alone. Anyone may register a case: the patient, a family member, or a hospital.
The Foundation team replies by email or WhatsApp, gives you a case code to share with family and future donors, and keeps you updated at each level. Medical documents are seen only by the reviewers.
A low-cost set of stabilization supplies, $300 or less, stocked in partner hospital emergency rooms so staff can keep a crash victim alive in the first hour, before major surgery. A hospital partnership starting in Kinshasa. The Foundation manages kit storage and distribution directly.
The Foundation intends to formalize the construction of an orthopedic university hospital and a retreat home on the outskirts of Kinshasa, to provide better care for accident victims. Every donation and every book sold moves it closer.
